What is FUPstudio?

One design, all the way through: a realistic mockup, a factory-ready tech pack, and the editorial and catalogue shots that sell it. You describe a garment or attach a sketch, and every step keeps the same garment.

How do credits work?

Every generation costs credits: Fast 10, High 30, Max 80, Ultra 120. A tech pack starts at 100 credits for the document with your mockup page, plus 30 for every page you generate: the flats, the back view, the fit shot, the fabric, the graphic and each detail. Creating an avatar from a photo costs 30. You start with 250 free credits every month, no card needed, and you can add more from Plans.

Do credits expire?

Monthly credits, free or included in a plan, reset at every cycle. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.

How do I change my email or password?

In Account, section Security. For the email you write the new address and we send a confirmation link: the change happens when you open it, and until then you keep signing in with the current one. The password changes right away; if you sign in with Google you can create one there and use both. Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

Where are my generations?

Everything you generate is saved automatically in My Area, with its card: name, code, date, the garment, the fabric, the colours and the prompt. From the card you can download, share, create a tech pack or reopen it in a generator.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. What you generate can be used in personal and commercial projects, including work for clients. You cannot resell or redistribute our library files as they are. The full rules are in the Terms.

What is in a tech pack?

Always: the mockup page, the construction notes with the front and back flats, the size spec with measurements, the bill of materials and the colour variants. Then the pages you tick: the fit shot, the fabric sheet with its macro, composition and weight, the graphic, and one page per construction detail, each a close-up with the focus you wrote. It is generated from your garment and you can edit every row.

How do I keep the same model across shots?

Create an avatar: from our casting in the Avatars library, or from a photo you upload. Once a shot has an avatar, every shot made from it keeps the same person.

Which browsers and devices work?

The app works in a modern browser on computer, tablet and phone. Procreate brushes need the Procreate app on iPad: download the set, open it from Files, and it installs itself.

Can I get a refund?

Our products are digital, so purchases are final. If you were charged by mistake, bought the same thing twice, or something does not work, write to us and we will fix it. See the Refund policy.

How do I get help?

Write to info@fupstudio.com with your account email, the code of the generation if there is one, and a screenshot. We typically reply within 48 hours.
